Yard Sales are held at 382 Ossipee Trail in Gorham.
Special thanks to all of those folks who picked our kids from the Ferret Giving Tree. We have put together a special gallery of the kids with their presents.
Through the generosity of several volunteers, we now have some beautiful bedding available for sale. All proceeds go to benefit the homeless ferrets at the Rescue.
Ferret Club of Maine will be meeting on Saturday, November 5th at 6pm at Pizza Hut by the Maine Mall in South Portland. Hope to see you there!

While we currently have adoptable ferrets, we also have several hospice cases that will likely live out their lives at the shelter. Please consider becoming a ‘Santa’ for one of our shelter kids.

With the Fall season upon us and winter not far behind, keeping the shelter heated becomes a huge priority. After estimating the number of bags of pellets used through the winter months, we estimated that it costs $7 per day to heat the shelter. Because of this, we are starting a ‘Heat the Shelter’ drive to raise money to buy the pellets this winter.
Through our summer fundraisers, we were able to raise money to make a dent in the medical expenses, but leaving very little to help us through the winter months. Please consider donating toward this important cause.

Calling all ferret owners! The Ferret Club of Maine meets the first Saturday of each month at Borders in South Portland at 5 PM. Join us for a friendly chat to share your own stories, ask questions and meet other ferret owners. After each meeting, we head to a local eatery for dinner.
